Settlement Coordinator

As the settlement coordinator, Lil's job is to oversee all the details of a closing, from the receipt of the contract to final settlement. She coordinates the settlement day and time, keeps track of inspections, appraisals, and all the other details that are necessary for a successful transaction. Lil's goal is to make the process as smooth as possible for our clients so that instead of worrying, they can concentrate on packing. When she is not working, Lil enjoys spending time with her family, reading and gardening.
