Glenda and her husband Steve are raising three boys, which has given her the strong family ties that help her to be compassionate toward other families making a move. Having three boys has helped her to be the strong negotiator that she has become.

Glenda is an Associate Broker and has received the GRI & CRS designation from the National Assn of Realtors. Only 5% of the nations Realtors are recipients of the CRS designation. She is a past Director on the board of Realtors for York and Adams County and has in the past served on the Grievance committee and the "Keys to the City" first time homebuyers committee.
