She built the "Leading Ladies" team with professionals whom she felt mirrored 
her own concerns for a high degree of professionalism, a sincere interest in her 
client's welfare and a total commitment to superior customer service.<BR>

In 1995 Becky was proudly awarded the CRS or Certified Residential Specialist 
designation. A Certified Residential Specialist is a Realtor who has earned certification 
from the Council of Residential Specialists by completing a rigorous course of 
advance training, and by meeting significant experience requirements. Just 5% 
of all Realtors in the U.S. can call themselves Certified Residential Specialists.

Becky's focus with "The Leading Ladies" is a general overseeing of all facets 
of the homes and transactions that come under our care, and working with home 
sellers to help them accomplish their goals of selling their homes for the highest 
possible price, in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of inconvenience. 
Providing comprehensive market analysis to help sellers determine fair market 
value of their home is her specialty. Combining that with being an extremely effective 
negotiator makes all her clients winners! <BR>

Becky is a native of York County and is very familiar with property values all

an Associate Broker in the state of Pennsylvania. She lives with her husband Royce, 
has two grown daughters Jennifer and Angeline and three grandsons Dyllan, Toby 
and Austin. She enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling. <BR>
